In WMD, we have several simple values that we hold as sacred.

Loyalty to the Team over anything and anyone else overall is the highest core value. Each long standing member of WMD has proven his or her willingness to sacrifice personal agendas to make the team a bad ass unstoppable force.

The bottom line is, if one of us gets into the shit, then we are all in it, no questions asked. You fuck with one of us, you have fucked with all of us.

The Core Values:

1. Team over self. We all uphold the ideal that by sacrificing our own agendas to the greater good of the team, the team becomes unstoppable.

2. Loyalty. We understand that loyalty means team first. Honor among ourselves and our team is of the highest priority. We could give a flying shit about you if you arent one of us. Displays of selfish behavior where personal gain over team gain is the obvious motive will be met with ridicule, isolation, removal, and being killed, looted, and cast aside to rot.

3. Open Operations and AVA Operations. The guild operates in one of two modes…open operations, and AVA operations. In open operations mode, members are free to engage in whatever activity they choose. During AVA operations..all members are expected to participate in our AVA time window of 9pm EST to 1130pm EST. In open operations, members are free to pursue whatever agenda they like so long as they remember core values 1 and 2.

4. Combat Discipline. When in combat operations, we use strict discipline in communications channels, tactics, and execution. Failure to do so will result in temporary suspension from combat ops. Multiple failures will result in removal from the clan.
